Add standard set of identifiers to Cloud Licensing payload

Summary

In order to efficiently and effectively analyze and map data, the data team needs product data services to contain a standard set of identifiers.

Proposal

Add the following data to the Cloud Licensing (formerly Seat Link) payload where the data is available:

1. Host ID
2. UUID
3. Hostname
4. ZuoraSubscriptionId
5. License Key

Noting final list of data needed is still tbd
