Draft: Remove time tracking related fields from boards list query [RUN AS-IF-FOSS]

What does this MR do?

!63773 (merged) allows us to remove time tracking related fields from board list issues query.

Related to #300644 (closed)

No user-facing changes. Please use :graphql_board_lists to test if issue boards have any regressions especially in the sidebar.
