[FE] VSA - Add URL sort params

What does this MR do?

Adds deep linking support for the page parameter for the VSA stage table pagination, this MR also ensures we can pass a page property in the URL when loading VSA.

• Ensures we reset the page when a new stage is selected
• Omits the pagination parameters when we are viewing / navigating to the overview stage
• Updates related tests
