Enable chronological sort order for other items in the performance bar

What does this MR do?

This is a follow up MR of !56830 (merged).

The previous MR adds a summary section, and the ability to let the items in active record sortable in chronological order. Only Active Record items are supported by default. This MR continues on other tabs, including Gitaly, External HTTP, and the frontend resources.

In current UI, this bar makes me confused: . This MR also tweak the look and feel of the frontend resource tab a little bit so that the duration is broken down and explained.
