What does this MR do?

Remove non-EE specific tests

Why was this MR needed?

Those EE-specific tests were introduced by https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/5802 but the thing is, the CE/EE difference was because https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/18996 was merged into CE master, yet it's not landed on EE yet.

Then I thought that's EE specific change, but it's actually not.

We should not have moved them but just wait for the next CE -> EE merge.
