Fix updating GraphQL boards cards on assignees update

What does this MR do?
Currently on graphql-based issue boards and epic swimlanes behind FF :graphql_board_lists board cards are not properly updated when we set assignees:

This MR fixes the communication between assignees widget and issue boards Vuex store
