Add standard_context to Snowplow test helper [RUN AS-IF-FOSS]

What does this MR do?

Update the Snowplow test helper to work with StandardContext.

Update tests for the the one event currently sending StandardContext. All events will be updated in the near future to send StandardContext (#299132 (closed)).
