Parallelise pages migration task

What does this MR do?

While migrating pages on staging we found out that migration would take almost a month on production(assuming the same speed), so we want to run it in parallel to speed it up.

• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
