Count of verified wikis is incorrect on Geo secondary

Properly counts verified wikis on the secondary by filtering out disabled wikis.

The verified wiki count was incorrect, as mentioned in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/4749#note_61186939
