Add Sentry to graph_component_wrapper

What does this MR do?

This adds a Sentry trigger to capture exceptions for the graph_component_wrapper of the new pipeline graph, this contains extra tags that are scoped to this component specifically, the rest of the captured exceptions by Sentry, shouldn't contain the extra tags
