Add pipeline information to Terraform state list

What does this MR do?

We are adding new information to our terraform list table.

See issue: #273592 (closed)

This MR will:

• Add headers to the terraform table. The headers were originally hidden but will now display
• Update the styles for the actions dropdown
• Update graphQl query to include job information
• Fix CiJob - Types::Ci::PipelineType to allow null values
• Add a pipeline column to the terraform list table
• Update associated translations and tests
