test: Remove useless and flaky expectation in MR diff note test

What does this MR do?
I think the expectation that .line-holder-placeholder is visible doesn't make sense since the test is about asserting that a note is visible when expanding a thread. I believe the .line-holder-placeholder class is only used as a temporary class until the JS loads the discussion and replaces the DOM.
