This detect more CE branch patterns from an EE branch in scripts/ee-files-location-check.

I don't think so.

Why was this MR needed?

Because some people name their CE branch ce-<branch> or <branch>-ce. e.g. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/4688
