Shorten spacing interval between deleted groups
What does this MR do?

Groups are also scheduled for deletion with a 5 minute gap between them which is causing a large backlog in groups/namespaces in QA runs. It's possible that this is causing a flaky QA test run due to a large number of groups not being deleted. #250275 (closed)
