Expose issue ID via GraphQL

What does this MR do?

Exposes issue ID in GraphQL. Required by the frontend @fguibert as part of #218040 (closed) (refactoring issue boards to use GraphQL). Since this field appears on the REST API, we also require it in GraphQL.

Example query to test:
