Revert "Add metrics for paused indexing Sidekiq queue size"

What does this MR do?

This reverts !35871 (merged) .

This original MR breaks the Gitlab::Metrics::Samplers::GlobalSearchSampler since:

[1] pry(main)> Elastic::IndexingControlService.queue_size
NoMethodError: undefined method `queue_size' for Elastic::IndexingControlService:Class
from (pry):1:in `<main>'
