Include Gitaly to Gitaly Cluster repo move test
What does this MR do?
The test to move from Gitaly to Gitaly Cluster wasn't running because the Praefect scenario excludes orchestrated tests.
Although these tests technically are orchestrated, this MR removes the orchestrated tag so that the test can run in two specific orchestrate scenarios, Test::Instance::RepositoryStorage, associated with the :repository_storage tag
and Test::Integration::Praefect, associated with the :requires_praefect tag.
