What does this MR do?

Display the clone button on project for non-default preference

Testing Case

To set up how the project overview will look like, we need to do the following:

Go to Profile (User Settings) > Preferences > Under Behaviour >

Readme (Part 1)

1. ...Project overview content dropdown > Select "Readme"
2. Got to the Project page

• You will see the nav bar along with the "Clone" button

Activity (Part 2)

1. ...Project overview content dropdown > Select "Activity"
2. Got to the Project page

• You will see the "Clone" button
