Lighten card divider within epic tree cards

What does this MR do?

• Lighten card divider within epic tree cards
• Make gray CSS variables more consistent with Pajamas and gitlab-ui (move #fafafa to $grey-0 and replace $gray-100 with #f0f0f0)
