Supress restore prompt with `no-wait=yes`

What does this MR do?

This merge request implements a possibility to suppress prompts during restores (from backups).

Used badly it's dangerous, but the documentation says so, and the option is long enough (and far enough from any other options) that there's very little risk of specify it in error.

On the other hand it can be really useful when automating restores (e.g. for testing backups), e.g.: #213232 (closed)
