Suppresss restore prompt with flag
Problem to solve
I'm trying to automate the testing of my backups in my Test gitlab environment. When attempting to issue the gitlab-backup restore BACKUP=filename command, the process prompts to ask if I want to continue (Do you want to continue (yes/no)?) This feature, while helpful to prevent unintended overwrites of the database, breaks simple automation scripts.

Proposal
The feature proposal is to add a flag to the gitlab-backup restore command that allows the process to skip the warning and prompt to continue. Or, add this functionality to either the existing -q and -s flags.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
Success would be if i can automate the restore command simply with a flag on the command to bypass the continue prompt.
