Mention "Avoid using `{allow,expect}_any_instance_of`" in testing guide

What does this MR do?

I notice that the "Avoid using expect_any_instance_of or allow_any_instance_of in RSpec" gotchas was not referenced in the "Testing best practices" guide.

This corrects this.
