Use new integer value for status

What does this MR do?

!30505 (merged) swapped AlertManagement::Alert to use state_machine for the status attribute. It also switched the StatusEnum to use these integer values rather than the old strings.

This MR fixes a bug which causes the update status mutation to 500.
