Use new gitlab-ui reset classes

What does this MR do?

Recently two utility classes (resetting line-height and text-align to inherit were added to gitlab-ui).

This MR changes two existing utility classes to use the newly added mixins from gitlab-ui and also change the naming to follow the agreed upon convention from gitlab-ui.
