Update Deploy Tokens setting location

What does this MR do?

This MR updates a documentation page about the location of the Deploy Tokens setting.

While searching for information about Deploy Tokens, I realized they are currently accessible from Settings > Repository instead of Settings > Repository. This happened because the changes in !25444 (merged) were moved back in !29280 (merged) and !29184 (merged).
