Copy the "Duplicate dashboard" action from dropdown to its own button
Problem
The "Duplicate dashboard" action, which right now is in the Dashboard dropdown only for the default dashboard, would be more discoverable if it had its own button near the "Add metric" button. There's a lot of information scent lost because of it being hidden in the dropdown.
