Show toast feedback for GLQL Copy source action

What does this MR do and why?

The embedded GLQL view's Copy source action copied the query but gave the user no confirmation, unlike the view-source modal which shows a success or error toast. This mirrors that feedback in the facade so both entry points behave the same.

Before / After

Before: Using "Copy source" on an embedded GLQL view copied the query silently — no toast — while the view-source modal confirmed the copy with a success or error toast.

After: The facade's copySource shows a success toast on copy and an error toast on failure, matching the view-source modal, so both entry points give the same feedback.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Run the updated spec: 
    yarn jest spec/frontend/glql/components/common/facade_spec.js
  2. Or in the UI: on an embedded GLQL view, use "Copy source" and confirm a success toast appears.
