What does this MR do and why?

Show clear success or failure feedback after a user copies a query source, so they know whether it completed or needs to be tried again. No Sentry tracking is added, as explicitly requested.

Component tests cover both outcomes, and locale/gitlab.pot contains the new messages. Documentation is not needed because this adds feedback to an existing action.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Open an embedded GLQL view and open the query source modal.
  2. Use the copy action and confirm Source copied to clipboard appears.
  3. Deny clipboard permission or make the Clipboard API unavailable, use the copy action, and confirm Failed to copy source to clipboard appears.

Automated validation passed: 3 Jest suites (47 tests), targeted ESLint, Prettier, gettext extraction, and a git diff check.
