What does this MR do and why?

Builds on Add Wikis::PageHistory, follow renames with new FF (!260187 - merged) and Show/diff/restore for wiki versions before a re... (!260193 - merged), adding rename following to wiki page commit diffs.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Follow the setup steps from Add Wikis::PageHistory, follow renames with new FF (!260187 - merged) to prepare the dataset and enable the FF.
  2. Verify the "Before" and "After" screenshots above correspond to the v3/v5 diff views on master and this branch respectively!
