Show/diff/restore for wiki versions before a rename
What does this MR do and why?
Builds on Add Wikis::PageHistory, follow renames with new FF (!260187 - merged). ([FF] `wiki_page_history_follow_renames` -- Foll... (#632767))
With the wiki page history now following renames, we need to likewise follow renames when doing other historical operations. Here we correct follow renames for show, diff and restore for page versions.
Having the rename commits themselves diff correctly the following stacked MR Show renames in wiki page commit diffs (!260204 - merged); this MR only covers following renames to the correct version.
