Docs: Fix style issues on applications page
What does this MR do?
The WAF and Cilium portions of the Applications page needed some minor style fixes, and also contained the remnant of an incomplete merge. This merge request corrects these style issues.

Ensure a release milestone is set. -
If there has not been a technical writer review, create an issue for one using the Doc Review template.
