Keep current conversation when switching model in Duo Agentic Chat

What does this MR do and why?

Selecting a different model in the Duo Agentic Chat web UI previously called onNewChat(true), which discarded the active conversation thread. This MR removes that call so the current conversation continues with the newly selected model.

The websocket URL already includes currentModel on every connection (via the websocketUrl computed property), so the model switch takes effect on the next message without any other changes.

Changes:

  • duo_agentic_chat_state_manager.vue: remove this.onNewChat(true) from onModelSelect
  • duo_agentic_chat_state_manager_spec.js: update the test to assert onNewChat is NOT called on model select
  • doc/user/gitlab_duo_chat/agentic_chat.md: update the "Select a model" section to reflect the new behavior

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Open Duo Agentic Chat in the GitLab UI.
  2. Start a conversation.
  3. Select a different model from the model dropdown.
  4. Verify the conversation history is preserved and the next message uses the new model.
