Extract shared bundler config helpers (Rspack split 1/4)
What
Extracts shared bundler configuration — aliases, entry points, output, the
supported-browser hash, and Vue-version detection — out of config/webpack.config.js
into config/helpers/*, so a second bundler can consume the same definitions.
Pure refactor: Webpack and Vite output are unchanged. generateEntries() now
returns { entries } (all callers updated), and a few shared constants/copy patterns
are made explicit for cross-bundler reuse.
Why
Foundation for the opt-in Rspack build — Rspack and Webpack must share a single source of truth for these definitions rather than duplicating them.
Verify
Webpack/Vite asset parity; no behavioral change expected.
Part 1 of 4 of splitting the opt-in Rspack build (!242376 (closed)) into reviewable, dependency-ordered pieces.
