Summary

Removes the ci_finished_builds_ch_sync_mode_split feature flag, making the mode-split behavior permanent when a ClickHouse backfill is in progress.

The feature flag was rolled out, enabled globally, and verified in production. When a backfill is in progress, sync workers are now always split into 2 "recent" workers (last 7 days) and 3 "backfill" workers (older records).

Changes

  • Cron worker: Removed Feature.enabled? check — enqueue_split_workers is now called directly when backfill_in_progress?
  • Feature flag YAML: Deleted config/feature_flags/gitlab_com_derisk/ci_finished_builds_ch_sync_mode_split.yml
  • Specs: Removed feature flag stub contexts, flattened the backfill spec to test split behavior directly
