This MR adds 'Copy link to the file' action to Rapid Diffs files.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Compare any 2 branches on the compare revisions page
  2. Go to any file
  3. Open diff file options menu
  4. Click on 'Copy link to the file'
  5. Open that link in a new browser tab
  6. Observe the file to be scrolled to and become the first one in the list
