Remove fa-globe in Explore Projects Visibility dropdown

What does this MR do?

Removes an instance of fa-globe in favor of no icon. Given that the icon was not dynamic and didn’t change with the selected option it makes more sense to remove it, especially since the earth icon is already present in the dropdown.
