WIP: Resolve "Replace fa-bookmark with GitLab SVG bookmark icon (all instances)"

What does this MR do?

Replaces instances of fa-bookmark Font Awesome icons with GitLab bookmark icon.

This does not adjust alignment of the icons, which will be updated once all icons in the same group have been updated.
