Update documentation to include wasm
What does this MR do and why?
This MR updates documentation that WASM is supported fully inside of GitLab pages. WASM is just a file that gets downloaded to the client and then acted upon. I did not update any documentation to explain how to add WASM since that is out of scope of this issue and is a practice best left to the user.
