Add Quick Access widget with Projects tab
What does this MR do and why?
Users need quick access to both work items and projects from the homepage. Currently, they can only see recently viewed items. Adding a projects view helps users quickly navigate to their most-used projects without leaving the homepage.
This is the first iteration toward a full quick access widget. Future MRs will add support for personal and starred projects with multiselect functionality.
