Delete no longer used EE webhook trigger templates

What does this MR do and why?

This will merge into the current branch/MR !210618 (merged)

We should no longer need the checkbox templates for the ee- specific triggers if the Vue webhook form (under review in the linked MR above) merges.

The only change made is this commit !214321 (c5e6cf3c)

How to set up and validate locally

  1. For group webhooks, you'd need to have a premium or ultimate license.
  2. Choose a top level group . Click settings -> webhooks -> Add a webhook.
    1. Attempt to change the triggers (fill out the form) and save
    2. Attempt to edit existing hook you just created. Note the bug #579392 (closed)
  3. For project webhooks. Go to a group settings page -> webhooks -> Add a webhook
    1. Repeat above steps
