Webhooks form should redirect after editting

When you edit an existing web hook and click Save, the changes are saved but the form remains open.

The user should either be able to close the hook they have just editted,

or be automatically redirected to the main page that lists all hooks. At present their only options are:

• Save changes (which keeps the same view open)
• Click delete
• Perhaps press the back button or click Group hooks in the breadcrumb nav.
• Close the Webhook updated toast (which keeps the same view open)

Acceptance criteria

After editting an existing webhook and saving changes, the form should close. OR a close button is added enabling to user to purposefully close the form.
