Updated all badges to be beta for validity checks

Validity Checks feature is moving to beta phase and the badges need to be updated to reflect that. Tests have also been updated. Documentation changes will now show that the feature has moved to beta.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Navigate to project's Secure > Security Configuration page and scroll down to Pipeline Secret Detection feature card
2. Navigate to Secure > Vulnerability Report
3. Navigate to MR with security finding and click to open the modal
4. Navigate to Pipeline tab of that MR and go to Security and click on one to open the modal
