refactor: rename Elasticsearch settings to Advanced search

• Update Admin UI settings labels from Elasticsearch-specific to Advanced search terminology
• Update rake task log messages to use Advanced search terminology instead of Elasticsearch
• Update documentation references to use Advanced search terminology
• Update localization files to reflect new terminology
