WIP: Puts additional data into the design tab version selector
What does this MR do?
This adds in dummy data for the design version dropdown. In line with what we expect from the backend.
There's a slight difference between the proposed design and this implementation.
Since it doesn't loook likely that we'll get the added/removed/changed counts in this release, I have updated the main message to say [user] updated the designs [timeago] instead of [user] added [n] screens.

I planned on either putting this behind a feature flag or setting up a merge train, but I have done neither yet so please don't merge this or you'll confuse a lot of people with the dummy data I've added.
