Add weekly metric definitions to track AWS Secrets Manager usage
Why this MR
- In the original MR, that integrated AWS Secrets Manager, we ONLY added the monthly usage metrics for AWS Secrets Manager. But weekly metric was missing and this MR adds that
- Also, the event definition for the usage of AWS Secrets manager is missing. This MR adds that. This is needed to migrate the existing implementation that relies on deprecated legacy API to the new TrackInternalEvent API
- The existing generic logic already takes care of triggering the event for all external secrets providers including the AWS Secrets Manager
What does this MR do ?
- Add missing event definition corresponding to AWS Secrets Manager usage in a CI Pipeline
- Add missing weekly metric definition for the same
