What does this MR do and why?

Implements #557894 (closed):

  1. Removes mod+b due to conflicts with Firefox
  2. Removes legacy shortcut message
  3. Changes f to focus file browser search
  4. Adds shift+f to toggle file browser

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Go to any merge request
  2. Select 'Changes' tab
  3. Press f
  4. Observe file browser search input to be in focus
  5. Remove the focus for that input
  6. Press Ctrl/Cmd+f
  7. Observe file browser to become hidden
