Resolve "Add UI event tracking for container registry"

What does this MR do?

This MR adds distinct tracking event for:

• repository delete modal open
• repository delete confirm
• repository delete cancel

• single tag delete modal open
• single tag delete confirm
• single tag delete cancel

• multi tag delete modal open
• multi tag delete confirm
• multi tag delete cancel

In addition a small refactor of the store has been done to align with the comments in !19711 (merged)
