What does this MR do and why?

Prevents Work Item type select dropdown from hiding when Task type is selected.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Go to a new issue page within a project
  2. Select Task from the type select dropdown
    • Without the fix in this MR, selecting Task from the dropdown causes dropdown to hide.
