How to set up and validate locally

1. In rails console enable the feature flag for a group

   Feature.enable(:observability_sass_features, Group.find_by_path('toolbox'))

2. Visit any group or project member pages such as [http://localhost:3000/groups/toolbox/-/observability/services](http://localhost:3000/groups/toolbox/-/observability/services)
3. If the page loads it's working!
