How to set up and validate locally

  1. Add a backdated timelog to an issue and merge request using both the /spend 1h 2025-01-01 quick action and the UI widget from the sidebar
  2. Check the time tracking report (from the sidebar) and ensure the quick action logged at 12:00 server timezone and the UI widget logged at 12:00 browser timezone
